УСЛОВИЯ И ИНФОРМАЦИЯ ЗА ПЪТУВАНЕ ПО АВТОБУСНА ПРОГРАМА ОТ ВЕЛИКО ТЪРНОВО ДО КУШАДАСЪ:

От Велико Търново, Габрово, Казанлък и Стара Загора – тръгване за всички обявени дати.
От Русе – осъществя се при минимум 12 човека с доплащане за трансфер 12,50 евро на човек.
Приблизително разстояние от Велико Търново до Кушадасъ – 927 км.
Точният час на отпътуване от България, номер на автобуса и телефон на представителя на Tуроператора се предоставят два дни преди отпътуване.
Тръгване от София в приблизителни часове от 13:00 до 17:00 ч.
Връщане от Кушадасъ в приблизителни часове от 15:00 до 21:00 ч. в зависимост от точната локация на хотела.
Продължителност на пътуването около 14 – 16 часа в посока. По време на пътуването се правят кратки почивки на подходящи за целта места.
С цел гарантиране на тръгването и връщането до избрания град на отпътуване и запазване на преференциалните условия за Ранни записвания, за съответната дата е възможно пътуването да се осъществи по маршрут през Варна или Бургас, с преминаване на ГКПП Лесово или Малко Търново като Туроператора осигурява за своя сметка допълнителен трансфер или доплаща за своя сметка допълнителните километри.
Туроператорът си запазва правото да промени часа на тръгване и превозвача, при настъпване на обективни причини, които налагат това и са извън неговата воля.

CAMPAIGN REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS „"Pay a deposit of 30% upon booking, pay the balance up to 30 days before departure"“ for reservations made until 15.06.2026

1. Payments:
1.1 First deposit in the amount of 30 % of the total price of the tourist package – upon registration.
1.2 Payment of the full amount up to 30 days before the travel date.
1.3 Payment is made in euros - in cash or by bank transfer.
1.4 In case of failure to comply with the payment deadlines described above, the Tour Operator has the right to terminate the package travel contract and cancel the reservation made.

2. Cancellation terms:
2.1 The Consumer has the right to terminate the package travel contract at any time before the execution of this Contract.
2.2 When the User/Traveler terminates the contract pursuant to item 2.1, he/she shall owe a standard contract termination fee, calculated based on the moment the contract is terminated, as follows:

If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 40 euros per person.
For any change after the initial booking, a fee of 40 euros per person will be charged and the price of the package will be recalculated according to the prices and conditions current at the time of the change.
In case of cancellation of travel with less than 30 days remaining before the departure date, the terms and conditions of the Package Travel Contract apply.
The tour operator strongly recommends that its clients take out "Trip Cancellation" insurance.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR PRICES INCLUDING DISCOUNTS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, PROMOTIONS AND LAST MINUTE OFFERS:

Hotel accommodation discounts, promotions and last-minute offers are valid upon reservation and payment made within the dates, terms and conditions announced for each hotel.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS TO RUN THE TRIP: 40 човека.

NOTIFICATION DEADLINE IN CASE OF INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF REGISTERED TOURISTS:

20 days before the start of the tourist package - in the case of trips lasting more than 6 days;
7 days before the start of the tourist package - in the case of trips lasting 2 to 6 days;
48 hours before the start of the tourist package - in the case of trips lasting less than 2 days.

REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

Bulgarian citizens can travel to the Republic of Turkey with an international passport or identity card valid for at least 150 days from the date of arrival in Turkey.
For an indefinite ID card, if it was issued more than 10 years ago, a valid international passport is required.

VISA REGIME: there are no visa requirements.

FUEL FEE:

Обявените цени са калкулирани на база 1,25 евро за 1 литър.
При увеличение на цената на горивото до 9,99% спрямо базовата цена, няма да се начислява горивна такса.
При увеличение равно или надвишаващо 10% спрямо базовата цена ще бъде въведена горивна такса.
При увеличение на цената на горивото от 10 % до 19,99 % спрямо базовата цена, размерът на горивната такса на турист за пътуване по тази програма ще бъде 10.00 евро.
На всяко следващо увеличение на горивото с 10% спрямо базовата цена, сумата се мултиплицира.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE. It is concluded up to 20 calendar days from the date of booking the tourist package, provided that the first payment under the contract has been made and only if there are no less than 14 days left until the start date of the trip, counting from the day the insurance is concluded. The value of the "Trip Cancellation" insurance depends on the price of the purchased package, the age of the tourist and the cancellation period.

CONSUMER RIGHTS:

The consumer has the right to transfer the package travel contract concluded by him to another person who meets all the requirements applicable to the concluded contract, only after having sent a written notice to the Tour Operator at the e-mail address for correspondence or by letter with return receipt received by the Tour Operator no later than 7 days before the start of the performance of the package travel contract. The person transferring and the person to whom the package travel contract is transferred are jointly and severally liable for paying the remaining part of the amount under the contract, if any, and for all additional fees, charges or other additional costs arising from the transfer. The Tour Operator informs the person transferring the package travel contract of its actual costs in connection with the transfer, according to the prices and conditions current at the time of the change.
The reservation is considered valid only if it is confirmed by the Tour Operator within 48 hours. If the initially requested hotel is not confirmed, the Tour Operator may offer the User other accommodation options. In case the User does not accept the other options, he has the right to request a refund of the deposit paid.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Съгласно Общите условия по застраховката „Помощ при пътуване” при необходимост от медицинска помощ, до 24 часа след настъпване на събитието Застрахованият лично или чрез упълномощено от него медицинско или друго лице, е длъжен незабавно да се свърже с Асистанс компанията „Allianz Global Assistance“ на тел. +359 2 950 38 50, е-mail: claims.bg@allianz.com и да предаде необходимата информация на български или английски език. В случай, че Застрахованият не изпълни това задължение и не уведоми Асистанс компанията, като при това самостоятелно или чрез друго лице организира оказването на медицинска помощ, при предявяване на претенция към Застрахователя след завръщането си в България, Застрахователят има право да откаже да плати или частично да признае за плащане всякакви разходи във връзка с настъпилото събитие и оказаната помощ.
Prices with included discounts for hotel accommodation are valid only when a reservation is made and paid for according to the terms and conditions announced for each hotel.
When checking into rooms of the triple (TRPL) type, as well as double rooms with an extra bed (DBL + ex. bed), 3 regular beds are not guaranteed.
When accommodating 2 adults with 1 or 2 children (DBL + 1 chd; DBL + 2 chd), the third and fourth beds are always extra, rollaway type.
Rooms with a sea view are guaranteed only in hotels where there is an announced surcharge for this type of room.
PROMO and ECONOMY rooms are cheaper. They are smaller than standard rooms, located at the end of the hotel, on the ground floor, without a balcony or terrace, with a small bathroom and different furnishings.
CHILD FRIENDLY rooms are at a lower price for accommodation of 2 adults and 2 children. They are smaller than standard rooms, with an extreme location on the hotel territory, on the ground floor, without a balcony or terrace, with a small bathroom and different furnishings.
The tour operator does not guarantee accommodation in adjoining rooms for groups with more than one room, as this depends on availability and hotel policy.
Check-in at hotels is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, unless otherwise stated in the hotel. On the day of arrival (before 2:00 PM) and departure (after 11:00 AM), hotel services are available for a fee, including food and beverages.
The tour operator is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten luggage during the trip or stay at the respective hotel.
Each hotel individually determines the prices and conditions for using additional services on the territory of the hotel complex.
The concepts All inclusive; Ultra All incl; High class all incl, etc. are determined individually by each hotel and do not guarantee the availability of certain types of food, beverages and services.
The hotel has the right to make changes to its concept without notifying the tour operator in advance of the imposed changes.
The tour operator and local partners may provide assistance in case of need for medical assistance, but are not responsible for failure to comply with the general terms and conditions of the insurer by the consumer.
Persons traveling with one parent or without parents must present, in addition to an international passport, a notarized declaration from one or both parents and a birth certificate (original and copy).
If the surnames of the children and parents do not match, it is necessary to present a valid international passport and birth certificate of the children (original and copy) to the border authorities.
The prices in the provided offers are valid for Bulgarian citizens. Prices for foreign citizens are confirmed after inquiry for the specific date of travel and hotel.
Due to pricing dynamics, package prices with included hotel accommodation discounts and promotional offers may be discontinued or changed before the specified closing date for registration.
