СИРАКУЗА И НОТО

Отпътуване за Сиракуза, един от най-интересните археологически обекти на острова с неговия Археологически парк (срещу допълнително заплащане), Римския амфитеатър, Гръцкия театър, Ухото на Дионис, Пещерата на Кордарите, остров Ортигия – най-древното ядро на града със зашеметяващата му катедрала (входните билети не са включени) и живописни алеи. Обиколката продължава с посещение на Ното, включен от ЮНЕСКО в списъка на обектите на световното културно наследство през 2002 г. Прекосете известната Арко, разходете се в центъра, докато се възхищавате на прекрасните аристократични дворци, известни с красиво украсените си балкони, разкошните църкви, богати на декорации, Катедралата със стълбището и Градския театър, всички построени в бароков стил.

МОДИКА И РАГУЗА

Открийте по-малко познатата част на Сицилия – Модика – град, включен в списъка на световното наследство на ЮНЕСКО, особено известен с шоколада си, както и с прекрасните си сгради. Ще посетите най-старата сладкарница за шоколад в Сицилия, църквата „Сан Джорджо“ и улиците на историческия център. Обиколката продължава към Рагуза, където ще се полюбувате на историческия център „Ибла“, характеризиращ се с многобройните църкви и дворци в бароков стил, както и с характерните куполи, които доминират над града. Рагуза е част от списъка на ЮНЕСКО, с 18 обекта, обявени за обекти на световното наследство.

АГРИДЖЕНТО И ПОРТО ЕМПЕДОКЛЕ – РОДНИЯТ ГРАД НА КАМИЛЕРИ

Отпътуване към Агридженто, където ще посетите Долината на храмовете, включваща Храма на Юнона, Храма на Конкордия (един от най-добре запазените дорийски храмове в целия гръцки свят), Храма на Херкулес и Храма на Кастор и Полукс. Следва спирка в Порто Емпедокле — родния град на Андреа Камилери, където е създаден стенопис в негова чест. Той изобразява писателя, гледащ през прозорец, сякаш поздравява минувачите или се готви да им разкаже история. Писателят умира в Рим през 2019 г. след сърдечен удар, но неговите романи и истории продължават да живеят в културната памет на Италия.

ЕТНА И ТАОРМИНА

Отпътуване към Етна рано сутринта – най-високият връх на Сицилия и най-активният вулкан в Европа. Територията около вулкана представлява „Парк Етна“, една от най-големите защитени зони в Италия. Тук ще се удивите на разнообразието от растителност и пейзажи по пътя до „Кратерите Силвестри“ (намиращи се на около 1900 м надморска височина). Оттук нататък ще имате възможност да продължите екскурзията с джип. Препоръчваме спирка при местен пчелар, за да опитате качествен мед, да дегустирате вино и да видите как се произвеждат. Следобед обиколката продължава с посещение на Таормина, с възможност за разглеждане на гръцко-римския театър, вторият по големина класически театър в Сицилия.

CAMPAIGN REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS „"Pay a deposit of 30% upon booking, pay the balance up to 30 days before departure"“ for reservations made until 15.06.2026

1. Payments:
1.1 First deposit in the amount of 30 % of the total price of the tourist package – upon registration.
1.2 Payment of the full amount up to 30 days before the travel date.
1.3 Payment is made in euros - in cash or by bank transfer.
1.4 In case of failure to comply with the payment deadlines described above, the Tour Operator has the right to terminate the package travel contract and cancel the reservation made.

2. Cancellation terms:
2.1 The Consumer has the right to terminate the package travel contract at any time before the execution of this Contract.
2.2 When the User/Traveler terminates the contract pursuant to item 2.1, he/she shall owe a standard contract termination fee, calculated based on the moment the contract is terminated, as follows:

If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 40 euros per person.
For any change after the initial booking, a fee of 40 euros per person will be charged and the price of the package will be recalculated according to the prices and conditions current at the time of the change.
In case of cancellation of travel with less than 30 days remaining before the departure date, the terms and conditions of the Package Travel Contract apply.
The tour operator strongly recommends that its clients take out "Trip Cancellation" insurance.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR PRICES INCLUDING DISCOUNTS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, PROMOTIONS AND LAST MINUTE OFFERS:
Hotel accommodation discounts, promotions and last-minute offers are valid upon reservation and payment made within the dates, terms and conditions announced for each hotel.

В случай че багажът Ви не пристигне на летището или пристигне повреден, насочете се към гише Lost & Found, където незабавно да попълните протокол PIR (Property Irregularity Report).
Пазете бордните карти, които ще получите при регистрация на полета, тъй като те са необходими за обработка на протокола.
След попълване на протокола е необходимо да се обърнете към авиокомпанията, осъществила съответния полет, като заявите своята претенция чрез онлайн платформа или на официалния имейл на съответната авиокомпания.
Предвид допустимия ръчен багаж, Ви съветваме да поставите в него дрехи, вещи и лекарства от първа необходимост.
Туроператорът не носи отговорност за загубен, забавен или повреден багаж, тъй като същият се транспортира и обработва изцяло от съответната авиокомпания и наземен оператор. Отговорността за такива случаи е на превозвача, съгласно приложимите международни конвенции и вътрешни правила на авиокомпанията. Всички претенции следва да бъдат отправяни директно към превозвача.

NOTIFICATION DEADLINE IN CASE OF INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF REGISTERED TOURISTS:

20 days before the start of the tourist package - in the case of trips lasting more than 6 days;
7 days before the start of the tourist package - in the case of trips lasting 2 to 6 days;
48 hours before the start of the tourist package - in the case of trips lasting less than 2 days.
REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Български граждани могат да пътуват за Италия с валиден международен паспорт или лична карта.
ВИЗОВ РЕЖИМ: няма изисквания за визи.

ТУРИСТИЧЕСКА ГРАДСКА ТАКСА: При пътуване до Италия се заплаща задължителна туристическа такса (City Tax), съгласно разпоредбите на местните общински власти. Таксата се заплаща лично от туристите на място в хотела при настаняване или освобождаване на стаята и не е включена в пакетната цена. Размерът на туристическата такса се определя от съответната община и варира в размер на 5-10 евро на човек на нощувка.

FUEL FEE: Поради постоянно променящите се цени на горивата, авиокомпаниите могат да начислят т.нар. горивна такса /fuel surcharge/. В такъв случай към цената на пътуването ще се добави и фактическата стойност на горивната такса, изчислена по формула, обяснена по-долу, като тя е дължима за всички резервации за полета, за които се начислява, без значение кога са направени същите. Ако има такова изменение, информация за стойността му се обявява 20 дни преди датата на съответния полет и информацията се предава на клиентите. Заплащането на горивната такса се извършва до 20 дни преди датата на отпътуване, в агенцията, в която е направена резервацията /за записвания по-малко от 20 дни преди съответния полет важи същата обявената горивна такса, ако има такава/. Цените на самолетните билети в тези оферти са калкулирани при следните цени на горивата на тон за 1 /една/ отсечка – Варна – 800 долара на тон, КОМИЗО – 800 долара на тон и курс на евро към щатски долар 1,00 към 1,00. Формулата за изчисляване на нетната горивна такса е: ((X-Y) x Z) + ((X1-Y1) x Z1)/брой седалки = НЕТНА ГОРИВНА ТАКСА, където X е актуалната цена на горивото към дадена дата /преди или по време на полетната програма/, Y е гореописаната цена на горивото, заложена в офертите, а Z – средния разход на гориво в тонове по летателна отсечка Варна – КОМИЗО, а X1, Y1 и Z1 представляват същите описани по-горе компоненти, но по летателна отсечка КОМИЗО – Варна.

ЗАСТРАХОВКА „ОТМЯНА НА ПЪТУВАНЕ“. Сключва се до 20 календарни дни от датата на резервиране на туристическия пакет, при условие, че е извършено първо плащане по договора и само в случай, че до началната дата на пътуването остават не по-малко от 14 дни, считано от деня на сключване на застраховката. Стойността на застраховка „Отмяна на пътуване“ зависи от цената на закупения пакет, възрастта на туриста и срока за анулация.

CONSUMER RIGHTS:
The consumer has the right to transfer the package travel contract concluded by him to another person who meets all the requirements applicable to the concluded contract, only after having sent a written notice to the Tour Operator at the e-mail address for correspondence or by letter with return receipt received by the Tour Operator no later than 7 days before the start of the performance of the package travel contract. The person transferring and the person to whom the package travel contract is transferred are jointly and severally liable for paying the remaining part of the amount under the contract, if any, and for all additional fees, charges or other additional costs arising from the transfer. The Tour Operator informs the person transferring the package travel contract of its actual costs in connection with the transfer, according to the prices and conditions current at the time of the change.
The reservation is considered valid only if it is confirmed by the Tour Operator within 48 hours. If the initially requested hotel is not confirmed, the Tour Operator may offer the User other accommodation options. In case the User does not accept the other options, he has the right to request a refund of the deposit paid.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Medical insurance for travel packages is provided by Allianz Bulgaria Insurance Company. According to the General Terms and Conditions of the „Travel Assistance” insurance, in case of need for medical assistance, within 24 hours after the occurrence of the event, the Insured, personally or through a medical or other person authorized by him, is obliged to immediately contact the Assistance company at tel. +359 2 950 38 50, e-mail: assistance.at@allianz.com and to provide the necessary information in Bulgarian or English. In the event that the Insured fails to fulfill this obligation and does not notify the Assistance company, while independently or through another person organizing the provision of medical assistance, when submitting a claim to the Insurer after returning to Bulgaria, the Insurer has the right to refuse to pay or partially recognize for payment any expenses in connection with the event that occurred and the assistance provided.
Prices with included discounts for hotel accommodation are valid only when a reservation is made and paid for according to the terms and conditions announced for each hotel.
When checking into rooms of the triple (TRPL) type, as well as double rooms with an extra bed (DBL + ex. bed), 3 regular beds are not guaranteed.
When accommodating 2 adults with 1 or 2 children (DBL + 1 chd; DBL + 2 chd), the third and fourth beds are always extra, rollaway type.
Rooms with a sea view are guaranteed only in hotels where there is an announced surcharge for this type of room.
PROMO and ECONOMY rooms are cheaper. They are smaller than standard rooms, located at the end of the hotel, on the ground floor, without a balcony or terrace, with a small bathroom and different furnishings.
CHILD FRIENDLY rooms are at a lower price for accommodation of 2 adults and 2 children. They are smaller than standard rooms, with an extreme location on the hotel territory, on the ground floor, without a balcony or terrace, with a small bathroom and different furnishings.
The tour operator does not guarantee accommodation in adjoining rooms for groups with more than one room, as this depends on availability and hotel policy.
Check-in at hotels is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, unless otherwise stated in the hotel. On the day of arrival (before 2:00 PM) and departure (after 11:00 AM), hotel services are available for a fee, including food and beverages.
The tour operator is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten luggage during the trip or stay at the respective hotel.
Each hotel individually determines the prices and conditions for using additional services on the territory of the hotel complex.
The concepts All inclusive; Ultra All incl; High class all incl, etc. are determined individually by each hotel and do not guarantee the availability of certain types of food, beverages and services.
The hotel has the right to make changes to its concept without notifying the tour operator in advance of the imposed changes.
The tour operator and local partners may provide assistance in case of need for medical assistance, but are not responsible for failure to comply with the general terms and conditions of the insurer by the consumer.
Persons traveling with one parent or without parents must present, in addition to an international passport, a notarized declaration from one or both parents and a birth certificate (original and copy).
If the surnames of the children and parents do not match, it is necessary to present a valid international passport and birth certificate of the children (original and copy) to the border authorities.
The prices in the provided offers are valid for Bulgarian citizens. Prices for foreign citizens are confirmed after inquiry for the specific date of travel and hotel.
Due to pricing dynamics, package prices with included hotel accommodation discounts and promotional offers may be discontinued or changed before the specified closing date for registration.
