For 7 days you will be surrounded by the lush jungle of a secret location and the crystal waters of the Caribbean Sea. You have the opportunity to make an invaluable change and start living the best version of yourself by finding harmony and balance and freeing yourself from tension to listen to your heart. The first step is to escape the stress and noise of everyday life and everything that surrounds you in the dynamics of the modern world. You will be welcomed on site by Iva Stefanova \u2013 founder and owner of the yoga studio \u201cAruna Yoga\u201d in Bulgaria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

She teaches and develops her own original exercises and practices, combining different styles of aerial yoga and acrobatics. In recent years, Iva has organized a number of original events and retreats, in<\/span><\/p>

which often combines spiritual and yoga practices with active and even extreme activities such as canyoning and aerial acrobatics on a 42 m. high waterfall, practices among <\/span>nature, kayaking, rafting, aerial acrobatics on a yacht and others. In the meantime, he practices and works with various yoga and spiritual facilitators, hypnotherapists, Reiki <\/span>healers and therapists. He studies different techniques and styles of work. He shares his knowledge and experience in practices involving deep inner work with the psyche and <\/span>spirituality, rituals from different cultures and self-knowledge. Through knowledge of human physics, he can apply therapeutic exercises to your body, but <\/span>you might be surprised by what you are capable of without even realizing it \u2013 both on the ground and in the air.
